About the event
Registration:
- All competitors must be members of Strongman Corporation Canada before competing. Memberships are available from: https://www.strongmancorporation.ca/memberships
- Registration fee: CAD 100
- There is a cap of 80 tickets available for competitors.
Competition Events:
- Event One: Log Lift (max reps in 60 seconds)
- Event Two: Sandbag Carry (max distance in 90 seconds, no drops)
- Event Three: Axle Bar Wagon Wheel Deadlift (max weight)
- Event Four: Yoke / Farmers Medley (50' carry each way)
- Event Five: Front Hold (max time)
- Event Six: Sled Drag into Axle Bar Clean and Press (drag sled 50' then axle, 3 reps, clean and press each)
Schedule:
Saturday, June 15th:
- Start Times - 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm
Sunday, June 16th:
- Start Times - 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm
